The AI results are green.
The organization underneath it may not be.

Productivity is improving. Usage is climbing. Teams are finding new ways to work.

Meanwhile:

When the local metric stays green, these problems can remain invisible until they are expensive.

These are not necessarily failures of the AI implementation. They may be consequences of its success.

The thing you improved may no longer be the thing limiting value.

What may be showing up
in your operating review.

Illustrative situations, not reported client results.

AI increased output, but the review queue became the bottleneck.

Automation removed routine work, but senior employees inherited more exceptions and judgment calls.

Teams became more productive, but downstream capacity did not change.

Usage targets were exceeded, but the business result did not move with them.

The workflow changed, but roles, measures, governance, or decision rights did not.

A problem appeared “overnight” that the old operating model may have been quietly masking.

A local improvement does not automatically become enterprise value.

Your business case assumes this improvement becomes an enterprise outcome. What has to remain true for that conversion to happen?

The review helps leadership understand what has to be true between the local improvement and the expected enterprise result.

The question behind the review

If this works as intended, what becomes organizationally consequential next?

Before increasing flow somewhere, understand what the added flow will hit next.

10 questions about your change

See what your AI success
may be exposing.

Answer about one material change. Choose “Not yet clear” where the evidence is incomplete. Your result is directional and based only on your responses; it is not an organizational diagnosis.

You can review and change your answers before viewing the result.

Before you begin

About the review.

Who is this for?

Enterprise leaders responsible for significant AI-enabled, automation, operating, workforce, or productivity change who can bring one material question and the relevant decision owners.

How is this different from the free assessment?

The assessment helps you reflect on your situation. The paid review examines your context and available evidence with leadership, then provides a client-specific executive readout.

What does the readout cover?

The intended improvement, organizational conditions, plausible consequences, capability implications, useful early signals, and ownership considerations. Conclusions reflect the strength and limits of the available evidence.

What sits outside the review?

Technical architecture, legal opinions, financial valuations, security assessments, detailed workforce models, implementation, and guarantees of future outcomes.

What if my change appears relatively bounded?

You can still request a conversation if leadership has a question that deserves closer attention.

How is information handled?

Provide only what is necessary. Do not include personal, regulated, privileged, or confidential business information in this initial assessment. Relevant client materials are handled separately for the paid engagement. Read our privacy notice.
